Ok, Ok, so I told a funny in the subject line – but with California about to legalize Marijuana in the fall and tax it like beer… employers are faced with a whole new set of issues.
These are issues to pay close attention to. How do you accommodate someone who smokes Marijuana for Medical Use?
Some States (like California) are not clear.
You also know you can’t ask about someone’s race, religion or a whole host of other issues in an interview.
But – if you look someone up on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc etc… you can find out a whole lot about an applicant.
Imagine if they found out that you found out?
