Lawsuit Abuse. Fraud. – Nothing to curb outrageous judgements, fraud or Lawsuit Abuse in the bill.
Just an idea to expand the Federal Government to try and control Insurance rates. Did anyone ever think that if a company gets told what to charge for their product and it’s not enough – wouldn’t that company just shut their doors? If no Insurance companies exist after their rates are forced down artificially – then what?
Could this latest Obama Health Care proposal be another attempt at setting up the environment for Socialized Medicine?
