That’s correct – the bill that Congress is trying to ram through will cost Married Couples more than two unmarried people living together.
The Marriage penalty was created under President Clinton’s tax increases of 1993 and has never been rectified. Since the Health Care bill wants to tie the cost of Health Insurance to your income… guess what the side effect is?
