Without running 1000 miles an hour.
I am fond of supersetting – supersetting is when you are working with weights or machines, you take two or three events and combine them.
What I do are sets of 15 reps, combining two or three events together. It gets your heart rate up and really burns. (both calories and your muscles)
I am fond of combining events that can be done on the swame machine – such as Lat Pulls (the back machine where you pull the bar down to your chest) seated and standing for example.
I will do front and side shoulder raises together – tricep extensions and bicep curls togther… etc.
It really makes my Weight Watchers plan manager happy, too…
I have lost 8 pounds in two weeks.
