Introducing Aarons Workout Tips

One of my passions is working out – especially lifting weights…

OK, ladies – you can enjoy it, too. Because I don’t lift huge, heavy weight – looking like Arnold is not my goal. I want to keep strong and support my health well into my later years.

One of the tricks I employ is “supersetting” where I combine two or three events together into one set. You have to cut the amount of weight you are using to accomodate – but there are several benefits:

1. takes less time

2. burns more calories – more reps with the weights

3. is actually an aerobic workout as well

I can get myself completely burnt in about 45 minutes to an hour. I used to work out 2 1/2 hours a day!
